Ribbon Cutting to Unveil Major Ceiling to Floor Renovations

What: Today Tops is proud to announce a major $2 million dollar renovation project is complete at its Ken-Ton store located at 1740 Sheridan Drive in Buffalo, NY. This marks the fifth renovation in 2019 for the supermarket chain and is part of Tops’ $40 million dollar capital improvement program. Tops Friendly Markets will cut the ribbon on this impressive investment on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 11:00 am. Everything from new exterior paint with decorative awnings, new interior flooring, energy efficient equipment, digital menu screens and shopping carts, to a whole new interior décor, give the store a refreshed and warm appearance. Some of the new amenities include a brand new SPoT Coffee, fresh fruit and vegetable cut station for added convenience, a wider selection of detailed custom cakes and confections for weddings, an expanded selection of natural and organic and gluten-free offerings conveniently integrated throughout the main aisles, and an increase of antibiotic-free meat, fresh sushi, sustainable seafood selections and plant based options, and a much larger selection of beers, including local favorites, in Tops Brew Market, to name a few!
