Williamsville, N.Y. –Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, is pleased to announce the promotion of Karen Miller to senior pricing/merchandising analyst.

In this role, Karen will support multiple functions within the merchandising department by providing actionable data driven insights focused on sales and gross profit objectives. She will be responsible for communicating effectively with other functional areas of the business in regards to pricing including the category teams, accounting, retail operations, and retail systems. Karen will also lead special projects and support the data integrity manager, promotions manager, and the pricing and analytics manager. In addition, she will take on the task of helping to onboard new associates in the department as well as the development and transfer of knowledge to current analysts. Karen will continue to analyze key metrics and trends to make sure strategic company objectives and goals are being met. Karen resides with her family in Lancaster, NY.
