| Williamsville, N.Y. –Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, is pleased to welcome Rohan Chopra to the role of warehouse facility trainer at the Tops Lancaster Warehouse. In the role of warehouse facility trainer, Rohan will plan, organize, direct, and oversee all warehouse training programs for the facility of responsibility. He will ensure that training programs fulfill operational needs and objectives while also managing, guiding, and developing training staff. Rohan will also create and maintain a positive learning environment, ensuring staff members and trainees adhere to all established safety standards, regulations, and performance guidelines. Other responsibilities include appraising, motivating, and directing staff to ensure efficient operations, developing goals, objectives, and career development plans for staff members, monitoring and documenting trainee attendance and performance, and collaborating with Tops Human Resource Management in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new trainers. Rohan Chopra, who is a resident of Getzville, NY, is a graduate of Buffalo State College. There he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economic Policy Analysis.
