Williamsville, N.Y. –Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, is pleased to announce the promotion of Derek Edgar to operations support. In this role, Derek is responsible for daily store support and resolving day to day warehouse operational issues including shortages / missing pallets, maintaining store order call blocks and delivery schedules and representing all departments for all shipping warehouses. Additionally, he will be responsible for maintaining the current and master store delivery and transmission schedule, correcting any missed order windows and arranging for special delivery in a timely manner, and overseeing the store credit policy, making sure credits are posting. Prior to this promotion, Derek was the auditor for the perishable warehouse. Derek currently resides Akron, NY.
