Williamsville, N.Y. –Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, is pleased to announce the rehire of Shana Coniglio as a senior pricing and merchandising analyst.

In this new role, Shana will support multiple functions within Merchandising by providing actionable data driven insights focused on sales and gross profit objectives. She will hold a primary role in communicating effectively within every functional area of the business to sustain sales and margin objectives. She will be responsible for analyzing market trends and third-party data to ensure that prices are set competitively. Her role will also include assisting in the training and development of fellow associates and the onboarding of new associates. As a senior pricing and merchandising analyst, Shana will play a lead role in special projects while continuing to provide support on day-to-day work flow as needed to meet company objectives and standards. Shana is a resident in North Buffalo, NY
