Andrew, who was formerly the pricing and merchandising analyst for Tops, will be a primary resource for the category teams when developing customer centric strategies and tactics at a category level. He will be responsible for communicating effectively with marketing, merchandising and operations on customer behavior by leveraging a full range of tools to foster a deeper understanding of the consumer. He will play an integral role in generating actionable insights in relation to consumer trends, shopping trends, and customer behavior. Andrew is responsible for performing complex analysis of customer behavior to uncover trends and quantify the impact of marketing and merchandising initiatives, allowing the business to identify which initiatives and strategies will encourage the growth of the business.
