Williamsville, N.Y. –Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jocelyn O’Steen to ecommerce coordinator. Jocelyn will help grow Tops flourishing eCommerce business and find opportunities to build additional sales, add new product lines, improve conversion rates, and increase profitability. She will be responsible for all aspects of eCommerce catalog including assortment, pricing, promotions, and product pictures and descriptions. In addition, she will serve as the key eCommerce liaison for store operations, internal marketing and merchandising teams, and external partners like Instacart and Unata.

Jocelyn has been with Tops for three years as a produce category support coordinator. Her extensive education and recent work experiences have helped her prepare for this new role. She has earned a bachelor of science degree in Communications and a master of arts degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. She is currently enrolled at Canisius College working on an MBA in Food Marketing. Jocelyn resides with her family in Buffalo, NY.
