Store to remain open during renovations

BATAVIA, NY - Officials from Tops Markets today announced that its Batavia Tops store located at 399 W. Main Street has begun an extensive remodel. The project is scheduled for completion in the next six months in time for the start of the holiday season. As an added convenience to customers, the store will remain open during the renovations.

"Our goal is to provide as little inconvenience as possible and we will continue to provide the best customer service throughout the renovation process," said Mike Davidson, regional vice president. "The remodel will allow us to offer our customers an expanded selection of items that provides great value and convenience for busy families."

Some of the highlights of the upgrade include an increase in overall store size by approximately 2,000 square feet, an entirely new and updated decor package and the addition of several new departments, including U-Scans and an expanded pharmacy. A Carry-Out Cafe featuring a Chinese Buffet, Mediterranean grain bar and chicken wing bar will also be added. Construction updates will be made available to customers throughout the process.
