Hanley appointed to Regional Vice President and Kocin promoted to District Manager

Buffalo, NY - Max T. Henderson, executive vice president and general manager of Tops Markets, LLC, has announced the appointment of Dennis Hanley to Regional Vice President for Northeast Ohio and Phil Kocin to District Manager in Northeast Ohio, West District.

In his new role, Hanley will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 49 stores located throughout Northeast Ohio. He most recently served as president of Brannick International, Inc. Hanley has over twenty-five years of retail experience from working with regional, national and international companies including Safeway Inc., The Kroger Co., and Woolworth's New Zealand Limited.

Hanley holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from San Jose State University. He currently resides in the Cleveland area where his wife Marianne and their two children will be joining shortly upon their relocation from Jacksonville, Florida.

A member of the Tops team for over 37 years, Kocin has been the acting District Manager in Northeast Ohio West District for over a year. He has many years of experience ranging from corporate positions such as Front End Specialist to Store Manager. Kocin resides in North Ridgeville with his wife Karen and their four children.
