Williamsville, N.Y. – Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, is pleased to announce the promotion of Juliana Wright to digital marketing specialist, social media. Juliana began her career at Tops as the social media and sponsorships coordinator in 2018. In her new role, she will continue to develop and execute strong social strategies, communications, and relationships for each individual platform. Since joining the company Juliana has played a pivotal role in growing our social media presence from the number of followers, customer engagement, and vendor relationships. Additionally, she has been key in assisting and sharing important external crisis communications to our communities during challenging times including the COVID 19 health crisis and most recently for the 5/14 mass shooting at our Jefferson Ave store. Juliana recently completed her Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication from Oswego University and holds a BA in Communications from the University at Buffalo. She is a resident of Kenmore, NY.
