Williamsville, N.Y. – Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, is pleased to announce the promotion of Donna Grimes to field specialist, Deli-Bakery for Tops’ Hudson Midstate-Syracuse North district. Donna is currently the store manager at Tops Sayre, PA store and will begin in her new role within the next 30 days. In this role Donna will oversee the Hudson / Midstate districts. Donna began her grocery retail journey 22 years ago at Quality Markets in Lockport, NY, starting in the Meat/Seafood Department. As a part-time Associate, Donna's curiosity drove her to explore all departments, leading her to hold positions as a deli manager, assistant store manager, and, for the past 15 years, as a dedicated store manager and District Trainer.
