TOPS XPRESS SET TO OPEN IN EAST AMHERST
Williamsville, NY… On Friday, December 6th, the newest Tops Xpress convenience store and fueling facility will open for business in East Amherst. The store is located at 9662 Transit Road, in front of the Tops Friendly Market location at Transit and North French Roads. Tops now operates eight on-site fueling facilities at its supermarket locations, including five in the Buffalo-Niagara area.

The fueling facility consists of four, double-sided, self-service fuel dispensers, offering three grades of high-quality gasoline: regular, mid-grade and premium. Customers will have their choice of three convenient ways to purchase fuel - they can pay at the pump using a major credit card or pay inside the store. They will also have the option of pre-paying for their gasoline while shopping at the neighboring Tops. Gasoline coupons in $5, $10, $15 and $20 denominations are available for purchase at the Tops checkout. The coupons can then be redeemed at the Tops Xpress location to make a gasoline purchase.

The 808 sq. foot Tops Xpress store will provide high-demand convenience items for busy customers on the go including:

Ice cold beverages Freshly brewed Ja-Va-Na gourmet coffee and cappuccino Snacks, candy, cigarettes, bread and milk New York State Lottery, ATM, postage stamps Store hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

To celebrate the grand opening, the East Amherst Tops Xpress will conduct sales and special promotions, including giveaways and a drawing for tickets to an upcoming football game.

The East Amherst location is the 12th to bear the Tops Xpress name. Tops also operates Tops Xpress stores in Clarence, Lancaster, Fredonia and Ithaca, as well as seven in the Adirondacks. An additional location in Grand Island is scheduled to open later this month.
