In his new role, Dave will be responsible for the coordination of design, engineering, and equipment for all store remodels, new stores, fuel sites, and miscellaneous projects. Dave will work with brand partners, design specialist, equipment vendors, and outside contractors on existing and new design developments.

Dave comes to Tops Markets with 25+ years of experience in the Grocery Industry, most recently with Buffalo Outfront, who specialized in custom refrigerated fixtures for supermarkets across the country.

Dave is local to the Buffalo, NY area, growing up in South Buffalo, and currently resides in Orchard Park, NY.
