TOPS MARKETS, MARTIN'S SUPER FOOD STORES AND THEIR CUSTOMERS JOIN FORCES TO SUPPORT FOOD BANK OF WNY
Annual

Buffalo, NY - This holiday season Tops Markets and Martin's Super Food Stores are offering their customers opportunities to help support the Food Bank of WNY and the Salvation Army in their missions to feed those in need. Through various events and promotions, Tops and Martin's customers will have the opportunity to give back to their community and help brighten the holidays for needy families.

"Our customers have shown their dedication to the Food Bank of WNY, the Salvation Army and the Western New York community in the past," said Max T. Henderson, executive vice president and general manager, Tops Markets. "I'm sure this year they will once again prove how generous Western New Yorkers can be throughout the holidays." Last year, Tops customers who donated $1 at the checkout raised over $226,000 chain wide for food banks and the Salvation Army, including $135,000 in Western New York.

Through November and December, Tops and Martin's customers will have a couple of options to help support the Food Bank of WNY and the Salvation Army:

- Hope for the Holidays - a shopper friendly program that encourages Tops and Martin's customers to help the Food Bank and Salvation Army by adding $1 to their grocery bill. The program runs November 13th through December 3rd. All proceeds raised will help support the Food Bank and Salvation Army this holiday season.

- BonusCard Turkeys - gives Tops and Martins customers, who have earned 250 points on their BonusCard during the month of November, the option to donate their free turkey to Food Bank of WNY.
