| TOPS MARKETS LAUNCHES ANNUAL UNITED WAY CAMPAIGN “LIVE UNITED” | |
| Williamsville, N.Y. – Tops Friendly Markets, a leading grocery retailer in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, has kicked off its annual campaign in support of the United Way of Erie and Niagara Counties. The campaign, which is now underway at all participating Tops locations in these counties, will continue through September 7, 2024. Customers can contribute by donating $1.00 at any Tops register or by rounding up their change. These donations allow the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County to invest in programs and initiatives that assist thousands of community members who rely on their services. The United Way's mission is to create long-lasting changes, and "Living United" emphasizes the importance of community collaboration in building a brighter future. “With the dedication and generosity of our associates and customers, we are confident that we can make a meaningful impact through the United Way Campaign,” said Darren Robbins, United Way Board Member and VP Finance, Treasurer for Tops. “By working together, we can create a stronger and healthier community.” Since 2013, Tops has been a steadfast supporter of the United Way, contributing over $49,175 last year alone.
