| Williamsville, N.Y. – Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, is pleased to announce the promotion of Doug Barber to Meat/Seafood specialist in the East Region. Doug will be responsible for the Syracuse Northeast and Hudson Midstate Districts, where he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and merchandising for the Meat and Seafood departments within those districts. Doug started in the grocery business in 2006 as a cashier for P&C. Doug has held several positions over the years in various stores with Tops including Seafood Manager and most recently Meat Manager for Tops in Fayetteville, NY.
