TOPS MARKETS CONTINUES 30-DAY REVIEW OF ALL PENN TRAFFIC LOCATIONS

Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in Western New York, Central New York, including Rochester, and Northwestern Pennsylvania, announced today that as part of its 30-day review process of the acquisition of a majority of Penn Traffics assets, the P&C store in Bradford, VT will close when its lease expires February 28, 2010.
