HILTON RESIDENT AWARDED FREE GAS AND GROCERIES FOR A YEAR FROM TOPS FRIENDLY MARKETS
Free Gas & Groceries campaign raises more than $31,000 for Golisano Children’s Hospital

WILLIAMSVILLE, NY – Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in upstate New York, northern Pennsylvania and western Vermont, recently announced Jeanne Hebert of Hilton, NY as the winner of free gas and groceries for a year, a 5,200 value. In a presentation that took place at the Hilton, NY Tops Friendly Markets on South Avenue, Hebert received her prize.

“Annually, the Gas and Groceries campaign raises an abundance of money for our regional children’s hospitals,” said Andrew Brocato, Tops director of community relations. “Through the support of customers like Jeanne, we are making a significant contribution to improving the quality of life for children in our communities.”

From September 30 – October 13, customers who contributed $1 per entry to the Tops Markets Free Gas and Groceries campaign were automatically entered to win free gas and groceries for a year from Tops. The drawing was held on October 20 at the at the Golisano Children’s Hospital Gala. This year’s campaign raised $31,170 with proceeds benefiting Golisano Children’s Hospital.
