WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. – Today, Tops Friendly Markets held a grand opening celebration for its newest store in Fulton, NY located at 909 West 1st St S. Formerly Struppler’s Shurfine store, the market reopened under the Tops banner on August 22. Since then, the location underwent a nearly $500,000 renovation.

As a part of the renovation, shoppers are offered an expanded product selection, upgraded interior and exterior décor, and completely refurbished product cases. In addition to these changes, a new checkout lane was added to provide customers a more efficient shopping trip.

The on-site fueling station (formerly a Valero®) was renovated and now shows a Tops banner, offering shoppers the opportunity to participate in Tops’ GasPoints rewards program. The program offers discounted gasoline prices to shoppers based on their grocery spending at Tops.

“At Tops, we focus on catering to the specific needs of the many unique and diverse communities in our operating area, no matter how big or small,” said Frank Curci, Tops Markets’ President and CEO.
