TOPS CELEBRATES DIVERSITY DURING BLACK HISTORY MONTH
Customers in Rochester Can Enjoy Special Events in February at Local Tops Market

BUFFALO, N.Y.  Americans have recognized black history month annually each February since 1926 and throughout this month Tops Markets is creating awareness of this important celebration by holding special store events across Western New York, Rochester and Cleveland.

The Rochester celebration kicks-off this week at Tops located at 285 Upper Falls Boulevard, where an 11am ceremony and Black History Month Proclamation by Mayor Johnson will lead off the month long celebration for members of the community. A complete schedule of events is listed below:

KICK-OFF TODAY - Tuesday, February 3rd 11-12pm  Kick-Off with Mayor William Bill Johnson, Official Black History Month Proclamation

Saturday, February 7th 12-2pm  Uncrowned Queens Book Signing

Saturday, February 21st 12-2pm  Free Health Screenings

*Uncrowned Queens Photo History Exhibit will also be on display throughout the month at this Tops Store location
