TOPS & VILLAGE OF DEPEW ANNOUNCE WINNER OF SCHOOL PRIDE FOOD DRIVE | |
What: Tops Friendly Markets, in collaboration with the Village of Depew, will be announcing the winner of the 2nd Annual School Pride Food Drive to benefit three local food pantries - Tri Community Food Pantry, St. Martha's, and Trinity Episcopal. Depew High School, St. Mary's of Lancaster High School, Lancaster High School, John Sciole Elementary, Hillview Elementary, and Cayuga Heights Elementary will all present their schools food donations for weigh in. Each school was led in the competition by their respective leader's club. The leader's club coordinated with their classmates to collect nonperishable food items and brought them to the Tops location in Depew. The school with the highest percentage of food collected will win a "School Pride" plaque as well as a High school dance party or elementary school ice cream social.
