| PROGRESSIVE GROCER HONORS SIX WOMEN FROM TOPS AT TOP WOMEN IN GROCERY | |
| Williamsville, N.Y. –Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, is pleased to announce that six of its female associates were recognized at Top Women in Grocery by Progressive Grocer. In total Progressive Grocer inducted 362 women into this year’s class from a pool of over 650 candidates. The Top Women in Grocery Award, recognizes women who are playing an integral role across all segments of the retail food industry. The nominations were open to women across all segments of the grocery industry – retailer/wholesaler and supplier/vendor communities – who have demonstrated above-and-beyond achievements between April 2017 and March 1, 2018.
