Tim Schilling was recently promoted to the role of administrative assistant to the community relations, advertising, and marketing departments. Tim has been with Tops for six years and has worked at several Tops stores in Syracuse, NY. He has held various positions with the company including cashier, customer service lead, assistant office manager, assistant customer service manager, and most recently, customer service manager.

Tim recently relocated to Buffalo, NY. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history and he also received his Masters degree in museum studies from Syracuse University.

Stephanie has been with Tops since 2001, holding various positions at the Tops located at Transit and North French in Amherst, NY, including cashier, customer service lead, scan clerk, and most recently pharmacy technician. In her new role as pharmacy system coordinator, Stephanie is responsible for the daily management of all aspects of the pharmacy system, help desk problem resolutions, notification of drug recalls, processing of various reporting, and legal requests. Stephanie is resident of East Amherst, NY.
